You can tell there was a lot of work, research and effort put into this. The story is so sad, sensational and gripping that it just BEGS for a podcast and this one was well done EXCEPT the audio at times is VERY poor. There are times when you can’t hear the interviews, the court proceedings etc.
I’ve listened to a lot of podcasts and when this happens, the person giving the podcast will cut in and say, “you couldn’t hear that”, or “the audio here is hard to understand but this is what he/she said,” thus filling the listeners in so we don’t miss a beat. With this podcast however, that is not done and the listeners miss crucial moments I think. Dies arae for mac. There was some dialogue from the shooter that I struggled to make out and I still don’t know what he said.
